Custom Material Removal Solution for a Medical Pump Component
We designed a custom micro stamping process and equipment solution to reduce the thickness of a steel disc from 0.60 inches to 0.020 inches. This customized process enabled us to provide the customer with at least 20 million parts each year.
Precision Stamping for an Automotive Application
This customer required a gold-plated contact as well as nickel plating over a stainless steel base, which created a costly and complex manufacturing process. We redesigned their contact feature and replaced it with a pre-plated dimple.
